About Us

Gen-Z Votes was founded in Dallas, Texas, by Ariana Singh in November 2023, in response to the alarmingly low youth voter turnout numbers in her community. Recognizing this trend was prevalent nationwide through data from CIRCLE, Ariana collaborated with her friends and numerous organizations to devise the best plan: utilizing teens to access their communities and spread our text-message technology to assist with voting. Our unique approach empowers teens to make a large-scale difference in their community and explore their own civic engagement initiative ideas.
