Bishop Lynch GZV
Long Term Goals: increase voter awareness and participation among my peers. To achieve this, I plan to implement two key initiatives:
-
Morning Announcement Series: I will collaborate with my school’s morning announcement team to deliver daily segments on voting and registration for a week. These segments will include quick and simple facts or tips about how to register, the importance of voting, and upcoming election dates. This initiative aims to educate and motivate students to participate in the democratic process.
-
Voter Registration Day: I will organize a voter registration event at my school, setting up a table in a busy area during lunch or after classes. With access to computers in the library for online registration and paper forms available, my goal is to assist and encourage at least 50 students to register to vote in one day. This hands-on approach will help make the registration process accessible and straightforward for my classmates.

I am 16 years old and I am currently a senior. Some of my accomplishments include being a part of multiple clubs at my school and I also am starting a club with one of my friends from school. I volunteer at the North Texas food bank weekly packaging food for the less fortunate. I also am the leader of a connect group at my local church Shoreline City where we meet weekly to help each other grow closer to God. A fun fact about me is that I want to attend the College of Charleston!
